McMaster University, David Braley Health Sciences Centre is a six-storey, 192,000 square foot facility which will house 4,000 students through out the year and is the home to Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine’s Department of Family Medicine. The facility will also be open to the public for community events and will have a café, public meeting and lounge space. It will also be a base for major research and education initiatives by McMasters Faculty of Health Sciences. The facility was designed by Norr Architects of Toronto and constructed by Ball Construction of Kitchener, Ontario. Archmill House provided the millwork for the lecture hall, wall paneling, offices and student classrooms.
