Archmill Client Care Package
The Archmill Client Care Package protects your investment and saves you money. Our brand new subscription maintenance program prevents costly renovations and repairs by keeping your interior maintained and in good order before there are major issues.
Quarterly Maintenance
Starting with a quarterly maintenance visit to assess your needs, we will maintain and perform the following:
Drawer slides and hinges are checked and greased
Laminate checked for chipping and loosening
Gate and door hardware is checked for strength and security
Caulking checked and updated
Minor carpentry work (minor is under one hour of work)
The Archmill team will speak to managers at your store and address other concerns. Additional maintenance can be performed for an extra cost as a preventative measure if needed.
Repair
If repairs are needed based on the assessment, the Archmill team will replace damaged components and rework existing materials for functional and aesthetic purposes.
Install
If your store needs installation services, we can add any new components to your location.
Emergency Services
If your store has an emergency, including hazards that impact health and safety, we can respond within 24 hours. We will do the repair and can supply labour at an hourly rate.
