Our first project with Percon Construction acting as the Construction Manager, this project involved the production and installation of all millwork relating to New 7 storey + Basement Retirement Residence. Our scope of work included millwork for the staffroom, chapel/theatre, lounges, spa, housekeeping, workshop, laundry, fitness storage, changerooms, potting room, file room, reception, activity kitchen, tuck shop, library, bar/games room, dining room, serveries, bistro, mailroom, meds room, nurses station, panel moulding, banquettes, vanities, wood Veneer elevator door surrounds, wood ceilings, painted MDF screens, suite vanities & kitchenettes.
